The article considers one of the aspects of the modern globalization process manifested in language mixture and analyses their examples in the regional mass media of Kazakhstan and Belarus. The language integration - Russian and Kazakh, Russian and Belorussian - is represented as a logical process of cultural dialogue and intercultural integration. The article substantiates the necessity of studying and reflecting on this process because of its activation in real media texts. Using the methods of analysis, comparing, contrasting, and content-analysis of the texts in Russian-language print media of Kazakhstan and Belarus indicates a high level of bilingualism in Kazakhstani regional mass media and a low level in Belorussian. Concrete examples from Russian-language texts in mass media of the Kostanay region in Kazakhstan approve that the frequency of using not only adapted Kazakhisms in them but also new borrowings used according to the rules and in the schedule of the Kazakh language provokes the formation and development of a special, specific form of the Russian language.
