Abstract

The scientific article examines the expression of writer Chingys Aitmatov’s creativity in the modern Kazakh national worldview, as well as the role of the “mangurt” phenomenon in the mediasphere. As a result of historical concepts, its influence and impact on the formation of public opinion and public consciousness through communication influence are distinguished. The critical moment of the beginning of the 20th century, the fate of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz people, who share a common history and similar national identity, and the fate of the colonization are reviewed. He focuses on the shock and wave of national consciousness caused by the colonization, as well as the origins of the idea of freedom shaped by the demands of the times. We will discuss the conditions that led Chingys Aitmatov to embrace the Kazakh worldview. The examples of the writer who became known as the “Aitmatov of Humanity” and the concepts of man and nature, Mangurt, which dominate the Kazakh worldview, as well as the underlying media influence, which is relevant and sensitive to this day, are analyzed. Ethnological, socio-cultural, psychological, and historical reasons are referred to.
