The article explores the interaction of the political system and political
communication that occur in information societies. The author comes to the conclusion that these processes, becoming more complex, provide a good opportunity for the dissemination of open
opinion and objective information.
In the system of political communication, it is possible to effectively use the resources
of the information society, where there are development prospects for political communication.
The main issue in political communication is to give the person the necessary information and
to influence his consciousness. Political parties and authorities also use various information
technologies to form public opinion in their favor.
The author in his article analyzes the influence of modern mass communications on political
processes. For the sustainable functioning of the political system of society, it needs modern
communication tools. The political system depends on the development of communication and
requires a new level of information resources for the development of democracy
