27 years of independence of our country have become dynamic in the
development of Kazakhstani media. With the change in the political and economic system of
the country, the media infrastructure has changed. Quite for a short period of time, Kazakhstani
periodical press has mastered new media genres and means of expression, that is, means to keep
the attention of the audience. The transformation of facts into amazing event stories to attract the
attention of the audience became the basis for the birth of art, which “infected” news, special
reports, documentary programs, documentary and artistic essays, journalistic programs and
articles. The latter, combines reality and fiction, and widely uses and mixes techniques of various
genres, and first of all, journalism and news in order to enhance the effect of authenticity. The texts
of Kazakhstani journalists represent a worldview, and the journalistic style in them is not used as
a single genre, it is mixed with interviews and informal conversations with reputable authoritative
people, as well as expert opinion. Today, the media have become an integral part of the life of any
Kazakhstani, no matter whether it is online publications or print media, television programs or
analytical reports. The subject of journalism is life itself, life around us, including topics related
