The Editorial Board draws your attention to important information regarding the delivery of official emails from the journal's website
Dear authors and reviewers!
The Editorial Board of the "Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Journalism Series" draws your attention to important information regarding the delivery of official emails from the journal's website: https://buljourn.enu.kz
Due to technical restrictions from email services such as mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and others belonging to the Mail Group ecosystem, there are massive problems with email delivery:
-
emails are not delivered at all;
-
emails end up in the "Spam" or "Deleted" folders;
-
communication at the stages of article submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence is disrupted.
The reason is the strict filters of these postal systems, which block automatic notifications sent from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on which our journal operates.
In this regard, we strongly recommend:
-
Using corporate email addresses when registering on the platform (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).
-
Alternatively, using Gmail addresses (@gmail.com), which correctly receive system messages.
-
Avoiding registration via addresses ending in: @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, @list.ru.
If you have already registered with a problematic address, you can change your email address in your personal profile on the platform.
Sincerely, Editorial Board of the journal
