Establishment and development of press services in state institutions in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article focuses on the formation and development of the press service, one of today's

spheres of information dissemination. The press service is a link between the government and the people, between an institution (organization) and society. The press service of any institution (organization) strives to spread information in society, have a positive opinion in society, build mutual understanding with people, and advertise their work. This is probably why the need for a press service is so great.

Despite the fact that the tasks and goals of the press service in the field of public relations have been clarified today, the relevance of the study indicates that comprehensive theoretical research in the work of the press is still insufficient. The creation of the press service necessitates the replenishment of a number of research papers with theoretical material.

The purpose of the research article is to conduct an examination of the formation and modern directions of development of the press service in public institutions in Kazakhstan. In particular, the main works and activities of the press service of state institutions were analyzed according to comparative indicators. The necessity and methodology of the press service of state institutions were announced.

The practical significance of the scientific article will undoubtedly contribute to the acquisition of information about the peculiarities of the development of the press service abroad, including scientific papers, reference books, development directions, and activities of the press service.
