Marketing-storytelling technique on the example of Kazakhstan social media

The article is devoted to the study of storytelling techniques in marketing. The article
defines the concept of storytelling as a method of storytelling used for marketing purposes. The main
aspects for competent and interesting presentation of stories used as advertising of a product are shown.
The topic of social advertising is touched upon. Real examples of the use of storytelling in marketing in
the Kazakh segment of the Internet are given, including advertising of children’s cafe in Astana, recreation
areas in Borovoye, and the Association «Affordable law». In addition, examples of the use of storytelling
in the video clip advertising Caspian Bank (screen with You Tube) are given. Also the screenshots of the
advertising in social networks such as Instagram (Planet X, Borovoe Relax, Dostupnoe pravo) are shown
