Abstract

The issue of disseminating information and collecting information at the present stage is no longer
just an information circle. Modern information has become a key tool for economic, political, and cultural
integration. This is the period when information rivalry between political rivals intensified. In particular, the
method of spreading false information has become one of the methods of violence. In the history of mankind,
even before the development of modern technologies, there were cases of information conflicts, the spread of
false information. In ancient Greece, the Carthaginian general Barca Hannibal reported that an unknown plague
had spread among his army. When his opponents heard this, they were glad that his army was on the brink of
disaster. Hannibal, on the other hand, was at the helm with his army. He says that he managed to capture his
opponent’s city, Tarentum, without any problems.
In the 21st century, this method of spreading false information has become a force that must be reckoned
with not only with one city but also with entire nations, countries, and peoples. This issue has also become
the subject of scientific analysis. With the advent of information technology, the information conflict has also
intensified. Some researchers say the term «information war» was first coined in China in 1985, but a physics
researcher named T. Ron first coined the term in the mid-1970s, arguing that «information is the most vulnerable
any army «.
What information can be used to destroy the unity of the country? Are there ways to protect yourself from
information attacks? What is behind the intention of «digital fascism», «cyber-imperialism» to revolt in the country? How does false information affect young people? In this research article, the authors focus on some
aspects of these problems and formulate them scientifically
