Abstract

In the XXI century there intensified the tendencies of the rehabilitation of Nazism. Historical
falsifications and fakes, including those about the events of the Great Patriotic War and World War II as a whole,
have become more acute. The problem of social and moral responsibility of journalism for the reliability of
information becomes more relevant. The Internet project “Partisans of Belarus” (partizany.by) which embodies
the modern media form of documenting history has become a significant contribution to the preservation
of historical memory and the truth. Belarus entered world history as a partisan republic. Representatives of
different peoples and nationalities fought in partisan detachments on the occupied territory of Belarus. The
natives of Kazakhstan made a significant contribution to the fight against Nazism.
